Proscenio
The Proscenio Project will transform three under-used city blocks in the exclusive La Cabrera neighborhood on the north side of Bogota. Its scope covers the blocks between 85th to 88th streets between avenues 13A and 15. It will be a unique urban regeneration initiative that will increase the area’s value and positively impact the community with high sustainable urban development standards as never seen before in Bogotá.
The project will integrate retail, experience, services, living, entertainment and cultural spaces under the live, work and play concept as implemented in cities like New York (Hudson Yards), Miami (Brickell City Center) and London (Canary Wharf), among others.
