The investment process is executed with deep market knowledge, strategic thinking, structural businessman vision, and all asset management activities are focused on sustainable value-generating initiatives with protected downside.

Yellowstone’s co-founders have been successfully working together for over a decade at Amarilo Group, successfully managing since 2009 the Group’s first portfolio of institutional capital for investors (“Fund 0”). In 2016, Yellowstone launched Fund I to target core mixed-use income-producing assets. In 2019, with a proven successful track-record the Yellowstone team launched Fund II to replicate its proven formula of large-scale sustainable residential developments complemented with the investment in income-producing mixed-use platforms to maximize expected returns and protect the downside. In 2020, YCP launched Fund III to target strategic opportunities in the US real estate housing market with a liquid capital preservation strategy.

After having invested the majority of Fund II, Yellowstone has launched its new fund in Colombia, Fund IV. This new Fund IV announced its first closing in September 2023 following a faster-than-expected capital-raising process. The fund’s investment strategy aims to replicate the successful large-scale and mixed-use residential strategy of Fund II, in collaboration with leading partners in the sector.
