Mirador de la Ciénaga is a VIS* residential project, located in the “Ribera de Mallorquín” partial plan in the municipality of Puerto Colombia, on the northern edge of Barranquilla.
“Ribera de Mallorquín” covers an area of more than 123 acres and includes the construction of a 15 acre urban park that that adds quality green space to the project, whose fundamental principle is the conservation of the existing natural habitat and will be complemented by bike lanes and wide sidewalks promoting sustainable mobility.
