El Alba en Mallorquín is a VIS (Low-Income Housing) project located between the future streets 1C and 1D and between Carreras 19 and 20 in the «Ribera de Mallorquín» partial plan in Puerto Colombia, Atlántico. The project will be equipped with swimming pool areas, multipurpose sports courts, BBQ zones, children’s play modules, a biosaludable gym, and a recreational park for pets.
«Ribera de Mallorquín» spans over 50 hectares, with its fundamental principle being the conservation of the existing natural environment. It will be complemented with bike paths and wide sidewalks that promote sustainable mobility.
El Alba en Mallorquín, developed by the construction company Apiros, covers a total buildable area of 73,026 square meters, comprising more than 1,000 residential units.
