Hacienda Los Sauces is developed by Amarilo Group and is located in Madrid (Cundinamarca), one of the Bogota’s most important suburbs due to its proximity to industrial and logistics hubs.

The project will be a large-scale residential sustainable development design for the middle emerging class. Hacienda Los Sauces will offer ample common areas integrated with an inclusive urbanization infrastructure.

This project is made up of 6 individual residential projects and will offer more than 4,000 residential units starting at 52 m2.
